We listen to your demo, set up a work plan, produce your release from the first steps all the way to the final release with subsequent release on our label Style Music.
Studio Services
You order a specific service, paid according to the price list. We perform according to deadlines and international quality standards.
How a song is made:
- Recording a demo
You send or record the demo live at our studio. This is necessary so that Gentle’s producer can hear the whole picture at once and can suggest revisions – rhythmic, structural, semantic. - Brainstorm
Our producers think through the work plan, determine the references, select the performers (for solo artists), set the deadlines. - Recording a live rhythm section
Your drummer or if required session drummer records in our studio. At the same time or after we record the bass. 14 mic’s, tube preamps, asymmetrical room with a rock wall make the sound of the rhythm section powerful and rocking. Before we start with the other instruments we straighten everything out and make it look good. - Recording Instruments and Vocals
Record a full set of live instruments. Guitars, keys, ukuleles, violins, flutes, and anything else you want. Multimicrophone recording and a transformer room with muting and reflective panels in the hands of experienced engineers give a huge variety of options and freedom of experimentation. The tube vocal path from the leading brands (SSL, Neve, Summit, Universal Audio) allows you to transfer the nuances as vividly and “tastefully” as possible. - Tracking
Our editor cleans all tracks, removes unnecessary things, glues objects, levels all jaggy, tunes vocals and backing. After tracking the song is ready for the final stages. - Sound Design
One of the studio’s signature recipes. When the entire skeleton of the song is already recorded and cleaned, sound producer sits down at the song and writes out a whole other series of tracks that turn the track into a finished work. Ambients, fx, synth backing, subbass, percussion, effects and glitches are all added to taste and enhance the effect of the song. - Mixing and mastering
As a rule the song recorded with Gentle sounds convincing even before mixing, but afterwards it doesn’t yield to the announced references. By the way, in our team mastering is often done by another person, than mixing, so your ears do not get “dirty” and the result becomes fresh and high quality.
